Aparajita Saha, MD, MS

Aparajita Saha is a doctoral trainee in Biomedical Informatics and Medical Education at the University of Washington. She holds an MD from Bangladesh and a master’s degree in Genetic Epidemiology from UW. Drawing on her clinical expertise in managing chronic infectious diseases like tuberculosis, her research has explored immune system dysregulation resulting from persistent infections such as latent TB and HIV in pregnant populations. Currently, she is affiliated with ISB, where she utilizes high-dimensional analytical techniques on electronic health records (EHR) data to uncover sequelae associated with rare immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs).
