Qi received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in September 2021 from Oregon State University where his research was focused on the exploration of semi-supervised computational machine-learning approaches in the study of predicting chemotherapy response using the tumor transcriptome data, and in the study of predicting healing status using wound images. His current research is focused on the implementation of ML models on IMIDs and IBD conditions.
