Amber (Ya-Lin Chen)

Amber (Ya-Lin Chen) is a PhD student in the Biomedical And Health Informatics program at the University of Washington. She earned her PharmD and MSc in Biomedical Informatics from Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. While working in the Hadlock Lab, Amber’s research focused on using electronic health record data to explore risk factors for chronic diseases, including fatty liver disease and multiple sclerosis, with a focus on integrating advanced informatics methodologies to drive insights into disease progression and patient outcomes.
