Andrew Baumgartner, PhD

While working in the Hadlock Lab as a postdoctoral fellow, Andrew translated risk models of COVID and sepsis into weighted knowledge graphs, developed novel distance metrics for unsupervised learning on medical patients, and used topologically motivated algorithms for clustering and inference on multi-omics data.

Andrew went on to work as a Biostatistician at Phenome Health.
