Gayathri Donepudi

Gayathri Donepudi is a PhD student and NLM Predoctoral Fellow in Biomedical and Health Informatics at the University of Washington. She holds a B.S. in Bioinformatics from UC San Diego, with experience in multi-omics research and biomedical data integration for predictive modeling. Her research focuses on machine learning-based frameworks that uncover causal, interpretable patterns in multi-modal, longitudinal data to support clinical and scientific decision-making. She also contributes part-time to Gabbi Inc., a startup improving breast cancer risk assessment.
