Qi Wei, PhD

Qi received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in September 2021 from Oregon State University where his research was focused on the exploration of semi-supervised generative machine-learning approaches in the study of predicting chemotherapy response using tumor transcriptome data and the development of computer vision models for predicting healing status using wound images. His current research is focused on the implementation of ML models on the potential impact of IMID conditions on infectious diseases and maternity and the implementation of pharmacogenomics knowledge graphs.
